BTS renews contract with BIGHIT Music

The seven members of Korean boy group BTS have officially renewed their contracts with BIGHIT Music.
Korean media outlets reported on Wednesday, September 20, a statement from BTS's label HYBE Corporation said, “The board of directors has completed [their decision] on renewing the exclusive contracts of all seven members of BIGHIT MUSIC's artist BTS.”
The boy group debuted in June 2013. BTS members, namely RM, Jungkook, V, Jin, Jimin, Suga, and J-Hope, renewed with BIGHIT MUSIC in October 2018, over a year in advance before their original contracts were set to expire.
Their current contract renewal marks their second time to renew with all of the members, assuring the group will reunite after finishing all their military enlistment duties by 2025. Suga is the latest member of the group who enlisted in the military.
